Valerie is responsible for the development and implementation of Clay Lacy’s extraordinary customer experience, through every interaction on the ground and in the air. She leads a team dedicated to improving every aspect of client connections. Valerie joined Clay Lacy in 2000 and was instrumental in establishing our Inflight Services department, which she eventually led as Director, and was the driving force behind the industry’s first Cabin Attendant Intern Program, developing carefully chosen young professionals into full-time Cabin Attendants. As Vice President of Customer Experience, she carries insights learned from those successful programs to create innovative and legendary customer service for each client. Previously, Valerie worked in sales and customer service at the elite Sports Club LA, and studied at California State University, Northridge.
