With a focus on efficiency, transparency, and meaningful impact, she ensures that procurement processes drive operational excellence and long-term growth.

Since joining Clay Lacy in 2021, Tracy has brought over three decades of leadership experience across business aviation, commercial airlines, and aerospace. She has held key executive roles, fostering strategic partnerships and driving innovation within the industry. Passionate about shaping the future of aviation, she remains dedicated to optimizing operations and delivering lasting value. Tracy holds a B.A. in Economics from Wright State University.
