SaeJin leads an industry-leading charter services team, and is responsible for developing client relationships and supporting aircraft management and charter customers through key account management, on-demand travel and Clay Lacy Preferred membership programs. She joined Clay Lacy in 2020 after nearly 15 years in client relations, sales management and operational efficiency positions with other charter providers. SaeJin’s leadership and team development skills focus on enhancing client satisfaction and driving business goals. Her problem-solving abilities have helped foster strong customer relationships, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to their unique needs, and always exceeding their expectations.
