Peter Dilger

With extensive experience in both flight operations and aircraft management, Peter provides clients with practical insights to enhance safety, efficiency and operational decision-making. A former Gulfstream Lead Captain at Clay Lacy, Peter brings his years of piloting perspective into the aircraft management experience, and provides a cohesive bridge between ownership, flight crews and maintenance teams. Prior to rejoining Clay Lacy in 2024, he has served as director of flight operations, client aviation manager, and aircraft management analyst with other private aviation companies. He earned a B.S. in aeronautics at Utah Valley University, and holds FAA type-ratings for five major business aircraft including the Gulfstream G550 and GIV.
