Nicole LaVance

Nicole brings a hands-on, client-focused approach to the management of every aircraft. She is a highly experienced resource for our aircraft owners in the areas of maintenance, operations, crew staffing, budgeting and planning. She works closely with our flight operations, maintenance and finance teams to deliver a uniquely personalized level of service. Nicole began her business aviation career in 1996. Before joining Clay Lacy, she was vice president of client services for a Part 91 aircraft management company. Previously, Nicole held vice president of operations and flight administration manager positions at jet charter and management companies in Southern California and was a manager for a full-service FBO for eight years.
