Maria Garceau

Maria leads the FBO operations at Clay Lacy’s newest Northeast FBO at Waterbury-Oxford Airport, Connecticut’s busiest aviation airport. Her client and line service teams are responsible for delivering a warm and personalized experience to passengers and crew members, as well as ground handling and fueling of aircraft. Maria fosters industry-leading training and staffing of our service teams to deliver top-notch service on every arrival and departure. In addition, she oversees the management of 120,000 sf hangars and office to Oxford’s homebase tenants.

Prior to joining Clay Lacy, Maria has spent much of her career at other Connecticut-based aviation facilities. She brings more than 20 years of FBO experience, including previous General Manager positions that oversaw line service, training and operations. She ensures every customer interaction reflects Clay Lacy’s dedication to service and a thoughtfully better approach.
