Leah Quay

Leah is responsible for developing and managing an industry-leading charter services team, designed to support aircraft management and charter customers with key account management, on-demand travel and Clay Lacy Preferred membership solutions. She leads this high-achieving sales and service team that focuses on client relations, operational efficiency, business growth and safety. Leah joined Clay Lacy in 2022 after serving as charter sales and operations director, and manager of private aviation providers in Colorado and California. Leah has developed and implemented operational processes that enhance workflow efficiency and benefit clients. She has been working in corporate aviation for nearly 20 years, and is a member of the National Business Aviation Association and Women in Aviation International. She holds a culinary degree from Napa Valley College.
