Karina Rodriguez

Karina leads the Flight Support team responsible for aircraft owners’ relationships and communication, trip support coordination and flight dispatch activities for their own or charter trips. She ensures seamless operation for owners, working in conjunction with Clay Lacy’s Operations Control Center, Charter and other departments. Karina joined Clay Lacy in 2022 and has spent more than 20 years in business aviation, serving as sales and flight coordinator for corporate aviation providers. Her years of industry experience has given Karina the expertise to ensure trips go smoothly for clients, and how to facilitate the legendary experience for aircraft owners. She studied at California State University, Northridge and enjoys the outdoor activities such as hiking and camping available to her in Southern California.
