Justin McNally
Justin leads our ramp operations and quality assurance teams synchronizing the safe and efficient flow of arriving and departing aircraft and providing all ground support services at our full-service private terminal at the Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles, California. Joining Clay Lacy Aviation in 2014, Justin began as a Line Service Technician marshalling, towing, fueling and servicing a wide variety of corporate aircraft before being promoted to Line Service Supervisor in 2016 and then to Quality Assurance Manager in 2018. In those roles Justin led multiple teams handling over 100 movements per day from one of the busiest general aviation airports in the world while ensuring compliance with the company’s safety and training protocols as well as environmental and OSHA procedures.
Prior to Clay Lacy Justin served our country in the United States Marine Corps as an aircraft technician on the McDonnel Douglas F/A-18 A-D Hornet multirole combat fighter aircraft. Justin performed all aspects of powerplant and fuel system maintenance including quality assurance inspections.
