Jeff Trance

Based in New Jersey, Jeff Trance is instrumental in cultivating new charter business for clients throughout the Northeast. With over 20 years of experience in private aviation, Jeff specializes in global charter solutions, focusing on optimizing aircraft utilization and identifying growth opportunities for corporate and HNWI clients, and aircraft owners.

Before joining Clay Lacy, Jeff led charter sales for fleets based at Teterboro Airport, the busiest hub for private jet flights in the country. His extensive background includes managing international aircraft brokers and sales teams, as well as developing and expanding charter jet card and membership programs through market research and analysis. Jeff has a proven track record of consistently increasing revenue streams for partners, surpassing industry benchmarks.

He holds degrees from the Rochester Institute of Technology and the Cranfield School of Management in the UK. An active member of the National Business Aviation Association, Jeff is also an instrument rated private pilot, further enhancing his understanding of the aviation industry.
