Eloy Freitas, CAM, MSc

Eloy leads corporate initiatives across all safety, security, and quality areas to ensure Clay Lacy Aviation is a driving force behind excellence in the business aviation industry.  Eloy developed and leads our Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and manages our quality and continuous improvement strategy.

Having joined Clay Lacy Aviation in 2018 as Aircraft Programs Manager, he progressed through various roles and departments prior to assuming his current position in 2022. Eloy brings 15+ years of leadership and aviation industry experience to this role, previously working in both the commercial and business aviation sectors with airlines operations and aircraft manufacturers. His diverse background includes project and product management, reliability and cost engineering, aftermarket sales, aircraft maintenance and customer support.

Eloy holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) Brazil, with a specialization in Business Management from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) Brazil, and an MSc in Aviation Infrastructure and Transportation from Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA) Brazil. He also holds an FAA private pilot certificate and he is multilingual proficient in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Eloy is dedicated to the aviation community and passionate about learning and people development.
