Clay Lacy’s Orange County FBO Receives AIN Honors
The results from Aviation International News’ renowned FBO survey are in, and we are proud to share Clay Lacy Aviation at John Wayne Airport (SNA) earned the #1 position in both Line Service and Customer Service Representative (CSRS) categories for the Americas.
Each year, AIN polls readers about the quality of service FBOs provided their customers in the previous year. The survey offers respondents a comprehensive list of 4,500 FBOs worldwide.

In addition to the FBO’s overall wins, our own Lead Client Service Representative, Savanah Dowling, based at John Wayne Airport (SNA), was also voted to the distinguished “Above & Beyond” list for the second year in a row. In this section of AIN’s survey, voted FBO staff members are individually highlighted who effectively exceed expectations in the field of customer service.
